Refund and exchange policy
We ship and deliver to local areas. If you are not in the state of Florida please contact us in regards to your order.Shipping companies may vary depending upon your region. We ship in 3-5 days, usually the very next day we process your order. Custom arrangements may have a longer shipping time. We are shipping from a very warm climate, if your climate reaches freezing temperatures you will need to purchase a heat pack from us for an extra charge. We are not responsible for plants freezing. We take the upmost care with packing to prevent any disturbance with your plant.If you request, we will take a photo to send to you , so you can see the condition and packaging of the plant when it leaves are care 🙂 We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges. We ensure that the plant is packaged properly and will send a picture upon request of your plant before it leaves our care. Shipping is at your own risk, we do not have control as to how the package is handled after it leaves our premises. You will have to submit a claim through the shipping company if there is damage due to shipping.
